Solar Industrial Heat Outlook 2025-2027 shows global expansion

Solar process heat is spreading worldwide. Projects are currently under construction or in planning on all five continents. Project developers have reported 73 plants totalling 277 MW that are to be realized by 2027. Chile and Europe will be the main target regions for solar process heat activities in the coming three years.

The Outlook is based on a joint effort by the project development sector. solrico would like to thank the 29 companies that provided data on their project pipelines, which makes the Outlook a solid trend indicator for the global SHIP market outside China.
